Fly99 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before registering or using fly99's services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the fly99 platform (including the website and mobile application), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the fly99 platform.
Use of the fly99 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. fly99 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, User Responsibilities & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the fly99 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. fly99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in access restrictions or account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. fly99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to protect their login information. Please notify the fly99 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not share your password with anyone
- Use a unique password that is hard to guess
- Log out of your account after every session on shared devices
- Update your personal information promptly whenever changes occur
3. Platform Usage Rules
Fly99 platform users agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law, manipulates the gaming system, or disrupts the experience of other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using third-party software, bots, or automated tools to access or interact with the platform
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or attack fly99's technical infrastructure
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest or fraudulent means
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
- Distributing offensive, defamatory, or privacy-violating content
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, balance freezing, and legal action as appropriate under the laws in force in Malaysia.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the fly99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, and approved digital wallets. fly99 does not accept foreign currencies or payment methods not listed among the available options.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and may vary depending on account type and verification status. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit or one registered under the account holder's name.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and fly99's internal verification procedures. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 business hours. fly99 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving large withdrawal amounts.
Any attempt to commit fraud in financial transactions, including unauthorised chargebacks, will result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Fly99 provides its entertainment platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions or errors. fly99 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to service outages, technical errors, or disputed game outcomes. fly99's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fly99 platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and code, is the exclusive property of fly99 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, republish, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent from fly99.
Third-Party Links
The fly99 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. fly99 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users who access such links do so at their own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Fly99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, system manipulation, breach of terms, or illegal activity. Where a suspension is triggered by an ongoing investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation concludes. fly99's decision regarding account closure is final.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the fly99 support team. Any remaining balance after deduction of bonuses subject to conditions will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Changes to These Terms
Fly99 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the fly99 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to check this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the fly99 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian law.
